Our Story:
From Survival to Service
Our journey began in the demanding environments of corporate America and military service, where we witnessed the impact that business systems can have on people’s lives. We saw how the right structures could empower individuals, while the wrong ones could create stress, disconnection, and harm.
When our family experienced personal loss, we discovered that healing extends beyond individuals. It reaches into the workplaces, teams, and systems that shape our everyday lives. That realization changed the way we viewed business forever.
As a father of four boys, building something that honored family, purpose, and service became more than a goal, it became a mission. Every principle we share has been shaped through our own experiences, challenges, and growth.
Now Forward Consulting was built on one belief: when businesses care for people, create meaningful systems, and lead with purpose, they become a place where individuals and communities can truly thrive.
About the Founder:
Life has a way of teaching us what matters most. Through my own journeys—in the military, in corporate America, and in building a family—I learned that the best businesses don't just make money. They make things better for the people they touch.
I served as an Information Systems Technician on two nuclear aircraft carriers (USS Carl Vinson, USS Enterprise), maintaining satellite communications (ADNS), managing secure networks, and holding Top Secret clearance (NEC 2379). Later, as an Aviation Ground Support Equipment Technician, I earned my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
At Waste Management, I managed fleets of 169+ CNG/LNG assets, led teams to reduce safety incidents by 60%, and became a WM Way Master Certifier and Arbinger Outward Mindset Facilitator.
Today, I help businesses heal through better systems, stronger teams, and clearer purpose.
Family: Father of four boys (10, 8, 6, and 3), married to Jennifer, a CPA and financial partner. Together, we're building a life rooted in sovereignty, sustainability, connection, and contribution.
