Now Forward Consulting provides consulting, business strategy, leadership, operational improvement, and related services as described on our website or in individual engagement agreements. The scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement will be confirmed separately where applicable.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, necessary materials, and timely feedback required for our work. Delays in providing information, approvals, or other required inputs may affect project timelines and delivery.
4. Payment Terms
Fees, payment schedules, invoicing arrangements, and applicable due dates will be outlined in the relevant proposal, invoice, or engagement agreement. Any late fees or additional charges will be communicated in advance and applied only where agreed upon and permitted by law.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, content and materials published on the Now Forward Consulting website belong to Now Forward Consulting or its respective licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables will be determined by the applicable engagement agreement and payment terms.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to take reasonable steps to protect confidential, non-public information shared during an engagement and to use it only for appropriate purposes related to that engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from another source.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our consulting services provide guidance, recommendations, and practical support. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, operational, or other outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Now Forward Consulting will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Any limitation of liability will be subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant engagement agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the applicable engagement agreement. Any outstanding payments, agreed termination charges, and continuing obligations will be handled under that agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
